How Our Network Works
Request an estimate

Who will you talk to?
You will speak with an independent provider from the network. It is a local business that handles bathing projects. Paymentareas Walk-In Tubs does not do the work, so the provider is your main contact from the first chat to the finished job.
What might the provider ask you?
Expect a few simple questions. They help the provider understand your home and your needs.
- What type of project are you thinking about: a walk-in tub, a conversion or a walk-in shower?
- How is your bathroom laid out, and how big is it?
- Do you have a basement below, or a slab?
- Who will use it, and do they need a seat, grab bars or wide doors?
- When would you like the work to happen?
Have a few photos or rough measurements ready. They can speed things up.
What should you ask the provider?
This is your chance. Try these:
- Can I get a written quote that lists all parts and labor?
- How long will the job take, and what will it disturb?
- What happens if you find hidden damage behind the walls?
- How do cold winters or humid summers affect this product?
- What upkeep do I need to do after the work is done?
- What warranty comes from the maker, and what comes from you?
Costs vary by job and by home. Typical U.S. prices cover a wide range, so compare more than one written quote when you can.
Do you stay in charge?
Yes. You choose whether to talk, whether to take a quote and whether to hire anyone. A request does not lock you in. Take your time. Ask again if something is unclear.
Ready to talk to a provider?
Start with a short request. A provider in the network will follow up when they can.
Or request a callback to check provider availability.
