Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 2026
Paymentareas Walk-In Tubs wants paymentareas.living to work well for everyone, including older visitors and people with disabilities. This statement shares how we think about it. It is a general template and not legal advice.
What We Are Aiming For
We want as many people as possible to be able to use this site. Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.
Steps We Take
Our efforts include:
- Headings that are clear and a reading order that makes sense
- Text descriptions for images that carry meaning
- Readable text size and strong color contrast
- Pages that work fully with a keyboard
- Layouts that read well on phones, tablets and desktops
- Plain, simple wording
- Form fields with clear labels and short forms
Where We Still Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not yet meet these guidelines. Embedded tools and other third-party content can be partly out of our hands. We check the site on a regular basis and fix issues as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If something here is hard to use, you can still get help. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@paymentareas.living and we will do our part to assist. A family member or caregiver is welcome to reach out for you.
Tell Us What Is Not Working
Let us know where the site gave you trouble. Email contact@paymentareas.living and share:
- The page or feature that caused the problem
- What went wrong and what you expected
- Your browser, device and any assistive software, if you can tell us
We review each message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Work That Keeps Going
Accessibility is never truly done. As we update the site, we will keep making it better.
